Ballina Rivafest - Taste of TAFE Cookery Competion - Winner is Fleurs Restaurants
Apprentice Chef, Vaughan Williams judged number one by Justine, from Master Chef.
Vaughan prepared a mouth watering dish with King prawns layered upon a coriander,mango salsa with a summer mango vinaigrette. Book a table at Fleurs and sample Vaughans cullinary skills that won him first place in the competition that was open to all Apprentice Chefs in Lismore, Ballina, Byron area.

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
A cancellation fee of the first nights tarriff will be charged for bookings cancelled after 4pm on the day of arrival. During peak periods of Easter/Splendar and the Christmas/New Year period two weeks commencing 26th December 48 hours notice is required.
