All households in the Ballina Shire will be issued with a loyalty card in the November edition of Ballina Shire Councils Community Connect newsletter in November 2011. If you are a visitor to Ballina Shire or a local who missed out please collect your loyalty card from Ballina Visitor Information Centre, 6 River Street, Ballina.
