Your full name, address, email address and phone number are required each time you make a booking on discoverballina.com and whenever you submit a query, suggestion or request assistance with a booking. Provision of the information is voluntary, however if sufficient information is not provided Ballina Visitor Information Centre and Ballina Shire Council will not be able to process the application. 

Your personal information is disclosed to our contractors who provide the booking service or who are forwarded the information requested. 

Your personal information is used to respond to requests for products and services. Information collected is used to charge your credit card, deliver your booking confirmation electronically, contact you for customer service purposes, to make changes or cancellations to your booking, or to respond to questions or suggestions. 

Ballina Visitor Information Centre and Ballina Shire Council do no not disclose information except as follows; Accommodation suppliers are provided with your information to process the booking request. Information about someone posting a threat to such a customer fraud or harm to others may be disclosed. Although Ballina Visitor Information Centre and Ballina Shire Council offers accommodation from reputable suppliers, there have been no specific limitations placed on suppliers regarding the use or disclosure of your information.
