Ballina Visitor Centre takes home Bronze

The Ballina Visitor Information Centre received a Bronze Medal in the Tourism Retail, Hire and Services
category at the 2025 North Coast Regional Tourism Awards, held at Elements of Byron.

There were six finalists in this category, which recognises excellence in retail, hire and service-based tourism operations.

The bronze award is a well-deserved achievement in a highly competitive field, reflecting the team’s
strong contribution to the visitor experience in the region.
