Summerland Farm is a thriving 238-acre macadamia and avocado property in the Alstonville hinterland. As the largest produce distribution hub in northern NSW, it plays a key role in the region’s horticultural supply chain, offering expert macadamia dehusking, and advanced fruit grading and packing services.

The iconic Tibouchina ‘Alstonville’ was bred locally by nurseryman Ken Dunstan from Brazilian seed.

In 1982, the Alstonville Garden Club gave away 1,800 trees to locals to plant - which is why today, the Plateau bursts into purple from late summer to autumn. A homegrown classic that coloured the region, literally!
