Australian Seabird and Turtle Rescue Educational Tours
This is a must for families – head along to the Australian Seabird and Turtle Rescue and learn about the life-saving work the team do – how they catch injured birds and sea turtles.
Visit the sea turtle hospital where a guide will explain about the problems sea turtles face and go through what they do with a turtle when it first comes into care.
It’s a fantastic opportunity for kids to learn about the hazards marine life face and a real life insight into seabird and turtle rescue and how we can all be more mindful and proactive in their protection.
