Welcome to Australia’s only Reformer Pilates retreat with panoramic views immersed in nature and luxury.

A BlueGreen Sanctuary Reformer Retreat is perfect for all levels, beginners to advance, and is led by our local and expert instructors, with mat classes also provided.

With a unique blend of movement, stillness and nourishment you also have access to their other wellness specialities such as ice bath, breathwork, meditation, silent tra ceremonies, sound healing and infra-red sauna sessions, with massage and spa treatments over the lake (optional). Realign your body, mind and spirit with four days and three nights and experience an all inclusive retreat that Joseph Pilates would be proud of.

Ice bath, breathwork, meditation, sound healing and infra-red sauna sessions.
