Ballina Yoga offer daily classes in a modern, fully equipped studio, taught by professionally trained and experienced teachers.
They teach traditional yoga in the Iyengar method as prescribed by B.K.S. Iyengar, often described as the “father of modern yoga”. His teaching brought a systemic approach to yoga teaching and sequencing so that all students can access the asanas (poses) and develop their strength and skill over time.
