The Bucha Shed was previously the old Stone & Wood brewery in Byron Bay, but now home of the Bucha of Byron Kombucha and The Dirty Bucha of Byron.

Come and enjoy your dose of Byron culture and enjoy tasting the range of kombuchas. Whether strictly for good health and non alcoholic, or if you can’t be good all the time and would like to try samples at Australia’s first alcoholic kombucha bar, the Bucha Shed welcomes everyone.
