Experience an extraordinary culinary journey at Azure Bar and Grill at their Wild Harvest Feast.
Begin with a captivating foraging tour led by resort naturalist, Alistair Oakman, exploring the native ingredients grown on-site.
Then, indulge in a decadent six-course degustation meticulously crafted by Executive Chef, Ebony Baker.
Each dish will showcase the richness of native ingredients and local suppliers, sourced from Byron Bay and the property itself. Highlights will include octopus carpaccio with sunrise lime gel, and venison backstrap adorned with pepperberry and Davidson plum.
Joining you will be special guests from renowned venison producers and chocolatiers. Wines will be expertly matched from Shaw & Smith Winery.

Potager invites you to a very special collaboration between Head Chef Mikey Lee and Forager, Chanterelle Foggin – a five-course, wild food degustation.

As well as a forager, Chanterelle is a wild food educator, a mushroom hunter and edible weeds advocate. Her wild food journey has taken her around Australia sharing her knowledge and experience – and slight obsession!
At Potager, community is at the heart of everything they do. As their MasterChef, Mikey Lee’s menu features some of the finest produce the Northern Rivers has to offer.

You’re invited to Mullum Farmers Market for the official opening of the 2024 Harvest Food Festival starting with the Welcome to Country performed by Arakwal elder, Aunty Delta Kay.

Then listen to stories on culture, food and plants presented by local not-for-profit, Country as Teacher.

Learn about growing a bush food garden from Rebecca Barnes of Playing with Fire Native Foods. Then watch a native food cooking demonstration by Bundjalung hero, Ms Mindy Woods (Karkalla). Spend some time wandering through the award-winning market and say hi to our many Northern Rivers Food member stallholders. Enter the prize draw to win a market hamper.
