In this workshop, you'll learn how to make delicious fresh pasta from scratch and have a laugh along the way. From silky fettuccini to pillows of ravioli, Katie will guide you through every step of the process.
What sets this class apart is the genuine connection to Italian culture and traditions. Drawing on her experiences in Italy, where she lived with local Italians who generously shared their authentic family recipes, Katie will introduce you to the secrets of Italian cuisine.
This class can be enjoyed whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook and is particularly ideal for lovers of fresh, seasonal food. This is a very fun, bonding, and memorable experience full of laughter and joy.
Katie's warm and uplifting teaching style will create a supportive environment, ensuring that you feel at ease to ask questions or seek guidance throughout the class.
At the end of the class, you will enjoy a delicious long table Italian feast including tiramisu for dessert! You'll also gain invaluable knowledge and skills that you can use to impress friends and family with your homemade pasta creations. This class is perfect for hens nights, ladies groups, birthday parties, and is great way for colleagues to get to know each other and have fun too!
Couple's are also welcome to book in just for the two of them, for a fun and romantic evening. Wine can be provided upon request. Classes for two people are $400 including the delicious 3 course meal.
This class is vegetarian but dairy free or vegan options are also welcomed upon request.
