The Three Brothers

ABOUT THIS STORY: The Three Brothers is a creation story and a story of belief for all Bundjalung people. It describes their origin and how they began. This story is told by Douglas Cook – a Bundjalung man born in 1912 who always ensured cultural knowledge and stories were passed on to immediate and extended family members.
