Knit-In for Wrap With Love at Ballina Library

Calling all knitters, crocheters and crafty good eggs – Ballina Library is hosting a community Knit-In for Wrap With Love.

Join in for a relaxed morning of knitting, crocheting and connection while helping create warm blankets for people in need across Australia and around the world.

Bring along your 8-ply acrylic yarn and 4mm knitting needles or a size 5 crochet hook. New to the craft or missing supplies? No worries – yarn, knitting needles and crochet hooks will be available to use on the day.

Enjoy light refreshments while you stitch for a good cause.

Wrap With Love is a not-for-profit organisation working with volunteers and aid agencies to provide warmth and comfort to vulnerable people worldwide. All completed squares from the event will be sent to Wrap With Love and transformed into blankets for those in need.

Spaces are limited, so bookings are essential.
