Riverside Wellness Centre provides professional osteopathic care for visitors seeking to stay active, comfortable and well while exploring Ballina and the Northern Rivers.
Located in Ballina, Riverside Wellness Centre offers personalised osteopathic assessment and treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns, including back pain, neck pain, joint pain, headaches, sports injuries, sciatica and postural problems.
Visitors can experience individualised care based on a detailed assessment of movement, function and physical health. Treatment may include soft tissue therapy, muscle energy techniques, joint adjustments, visceral mobilisation and cranial sacral therapy.
Riverside Wellness Centre also provides tailored spinal decompression therapy for suitable patients experiencing certain chronic spinal and disc related conditions. Care is supported by tailored advice relating to exercise, nutrition and healthy movement.
Led by second generation osteopath Dr Zac Hakes, the experienced team combines hands on treatment with a comprehensive approach to health and wellbeing.
