Crime & Commerce — Protecting Our Business Community

Some of the business owners in our community know the feeling: arriving to find a smashed window, a break-in, or hearing that a neighbouring shop has been hit again. Crime isn’t just a statistic. It’s the stress of the sleepless night, the cost of repairs, and the worry for staff and customers. It’s a concern that has been weighing heavily on our business community, and you shouldn’t have to face it alone.

That’s why the Chamber is bringing the right people into the same room. Join us for a breakfast-before-business event where you’ll hear directly from a representative of the NSW Police on local crime trends, how and when to report incidents, and practical safety protocols for your business. Deputy Mayor Damian Loone will also share how Council’s CCTV funding and crime prevention investment can benefit local businesses.

This is your chance to ask questions, hear from the experts, and leave with practical steps to help keep your business, your team and your customers safe.  Places are strictly limited.
