It's another jam packed weekend this weekend, full of festive events, sport, theatre, live music and fun for everyone!

 Kick off the weekend tonight with a beverage by the sea between 3.30 and 6.30pm at Shelly Beach Café's Friday Sunset Session. A perfect spot to spent a long summer afternoon. 

Celebrate 100 years of Lennox Head at the Lennox Head Cultural Centre from 6pm tonight at the Centenary Ball. Dance along to some live swing music and enjoy a drink. Food can also be ordered in advance.   

Fancy a bit of theatre? The international sensation, Faulty Towers Dining Experiencereturns to the Ballina RSL tonight from 7pm. Become part of the action as Basil, Sybil and Manuel serve up mayhem on a plate alongside a 3-course meal and two hours of non-stop laughter. 

The Northern Rivers Green Living Expo is on this Saturday from 9am to 4pm at Wollongbar TAFE showcasing environmentally-friendly and alternative technologies, products and services from around the region, to inspire green living and innovation. 

Get your weaving hands busy with Jugan Dandi for the last weaving circleof 2022. Create seasonal wreaths with local vines and native flora. Perfect for the festive season! 

The kids can get active this Saturday with a full day of sport at the Bounce Back Community Sports Day. Enjoy touch football, food and live music at this free event. 

On Sunday, get involved in some great festive activities! don’t miss Harvest Newrybar's Christmas Festival from 12pm - 4pm with market stalls, Christmas choir, giveaways, delicious food, drinks, family fun & Santa! As well as The Riverside Carols at the Ballina Seagulls Football Club from 6pm. The Ballina Shire Concert Band are also putting on a Christmas Concert in Alstonville!
