Dogs Day Out – Northern Rivers Animal Service
Northern Rivers Animal Services, the self-funded, not-for-profit charity has been rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing companion animals in the Northern Rivers since 2001. So, this year they are celebrating 25 years in the community.
There will be loads of fun activities including training demonstrations and tips, a Flyball exhibition, obstacle course and, no day out is complete without a bit of dress up, so the expert volunteers from the NRAS Op Shops will judge the “best dressed pooch” in Fashions on the Field.
Check out the doggie stalls, meet lots of cool people, the NRAS crew will be offering AUD15 microchipping and nail clipping and selling some gorgeous doggie winter coats. There will be snacks and coffee for the humans but most of all, come along and help NRAS celebrate 25 amazing years.
