Bertie’s in Ballina will host a special pop-up wine tasting on Friday 18 July, presented by Luna Wine Store and featuring winemaker Andrew Burchell of Good Intentions Wine Co.

Based in Mount Gambier / Berrin, South Australia, Andrew produces bold, minimal-intervention wines on volcanic and limestone soils surrounding Warwar, one of Australia’s youngest volcanoes. His wines are expressive, terroir-driven, and a true reflection of the wild beauty and energy of the region.

Guests are invited to drop in between 11am and 2pm for a casual tasting with the winemaker. Limited bottles will be available for purchase on the day. Please note that food must be purchased with any wine.

This is a relaxed and approachable event for those curious about natural wines and the stories behind them.
