Andres and Franco, two passionate chefs from Lima, whom you might have heard from A Chef’s Pocket, their catering business, have finally opened their own little restaurant and Pisco bar in Wollongbar.
Fish ceviche, fried cassava, lomo saltado and pescado sudado are only a few of their signature dishes. All made using the best local seafood and meats from the area.
