Tucked into a hill side of Lennox Head hinterland, London based plant-based chef and author Katie White has returned home to Australia to bring back some of the culinary gems and European charm she found during her time working for the UK’s leading plant based restaurant line and private cheffing in Italy. She has a vision to welcome travellers and locals into her world and embrace them with down to earth luxury, delicious inspiring food and a taste of a sustainable and beautiful lifestyle.

Katie offers plant - based cooking classes including pasta making classes which will teach you to make ravioli  by hand in the most traditional Italian ways and will guide you all to make delicious plant-based recipes that are packed full with flavour!

 Katie also offers BnB stays on her property as well as retreats to leave you feeling rested, grounded and inspired after your stay at Australia’s first plant based BnB and cooking school.
