For the main course, you'll have the option of choosing between a delicate Roasted Line-caught Fish with peas, leek, and smoked herb oil or a mouth-watering MS8+ Wagyu Flank with fermented garlic. And for sides, we're offering hand cut chips with herb oil and local leaves with olive oil and aged balsamic.

And for dessert, the pastry team has created a special treat just for the occasion. Indulge in a cherry mousse nestled in a coconut vail, paired with a scoop of coconut sorbet, and topped with a delicate cherry meringue.
