The Harvest Food Trail is ana amazing event celebrating the producers in the region and we are very excited to be part of it. As the season turns, so too must we, from the warmth of summer to the cool embrace of Autumn.

 Our team has reinvented some old favorites to suit the changing seasons and new dishes that capture the Harvest ethos on a plate, and will be enjoyed by all.

Produce from our Harvest gardens and local producers, native ingredients, Harvest aged vinegars, house-made cheeses, sustainable proteins and of course the delicious flavours from our wood-fired oven all play a starring role in every dish. Plus, we're thrilled to showcase the exotic fruits from Picone Orchard (Kassia’s parents farm) – we’re able to work closely with the produce and micro seasons, harvesting everything as it’s at its best.

 At Harvest, we believe that the best way to experience our food and the taste of the Northern Rivers is through sharing; food, stories, love, connection. With this in mind, we recommend sharing a couple of dishes from each section.

 This menu is a return to our roots. We celebrate the incredible local producers around us, and prioritize sustainability in all that we do.
