Pearces Creek Hall is set to come alive with the stories and sounds of acclaimed folk artists Anousha Victoire and Emmy Ryan, as they join forces for an intimate ‘songwriters in the round’ show on Sunday 6 July 2025.

Fresh from performances at the National Folk Festival, the pair will share two heartfelt sets brimming with stories, memories and melodic magic. Their music is shaped by the landscapes they’ve lived and loved – both artists spent formative years in the Northern Rivers, and their connection to place runs deep. Anousha, now based in Newcastle, once attended Pearces Creek Public School, and will be returning to the hall where she once sang in a school concert. Emmy, currently travelling from a recent base in Alice Springs, is looking forward to performing back in her old stomping ground as she continues her east coast tour in support of her latest release, I Ain’t So Blue.

Having crossed paths at festivals and shared bills at events like the Tamworth Country Music Festival, Anousha and Emmy’s musical chemistry is rooted in a shared love of honest, folk storytelling. Expect a warm, engaging afternoon of original songs, sublime harmonies, and tales from the road.
