Club Lennox Sports is excited to share a new initiative launching these school holidays — Connection Club, a kids’ health and wellbeing program created to support fun, movement, mindfulness, and connection for children aged 5–10.

Each session offers a well-rounded experience including:

• Soccer skills
• Lawn bowls
• Guided breathing and meditation
• An introductory ice bath experience
• Pizza making in the Club Lennox bistro
